For Patience (Sabr)
Quran 2:153
رَبَّنَا أَفْرِغْ عَلَيْنَا صَبْرًا وَثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَنَا وَانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ
Rabbana afrigh 'alayna sabran wa thabbit aqdamana wansurna 'alal-qawmil-kafirin
English Translation
Our Lord, pour upon us patience and plant firmly our feet and give us victory over the disbelieving people.
When to Recite
Recite this dua when facing trials, hardships, or when you need strength to persevere through difficult times. Allah promises that with patience comes relief.
Hindi Translation
हे हमारे रब, हम पर धैर्य उंडेल दे, हमारे कदमों को मज़बूत कर, और काफिरों के मुकाबले में हमारी मदद कर।
Urdu Translation
اے ہمارے رب، ہم پر صبر انڈیل دے، ہمارے قدموں کو مضبوط کر، اور کافروں کے مقابلے میں ہماری مدد کر۔
For Ease & Relief
Quran 94:5-6
اللَّهُمَّ لَا سَهْلَ إِلَّا مَا جَعَلْتَهُ سَهْلًا وَأَنْتَ تَجْعَلُ الْحَزْنَ إِذَا شِئْتَ سَهْلًا
Allahumma la sahla illa ma ja'altahu sahlan wa anta taj'alul-hazna idha shi'ta sahlan
English Translation
O Allah, there is nothing easy except what You make easy, and You make the difficult easy if it be Your Will.
Promise of Relief
Remember Allah's promise: "Indeed, with hardship comes ease. Indeed, with hardship comes ease." (Quran 94:5-6). This dua acknowledges that all ease comes from Allah alone.
Hindi Translation
हे अल्लाह, कोई चीज़ आसान नहीं सिवाय उसके जिसे तूने आसान बनाया है, और तू मुश्किल को भी आसान बना देता है जब तू चाहता है।
Urdu Translation
اے اللہ، کوئی چیز آسان نہیں سوائے اس کے جسے تو نے آسان بنایا ہے، اور تو مشکل کو بھی آسان بنا دیتا ہے جب تو چاہتا ہے۔
For Guidance in Confusion
Quran 17:80
رَبِّ أَدْخِلْنِي مُدْخَلَ صِدْقٍ وَأَخْرِجْنِي مُخْرَجَ صِدْقٍ وَاجْعَل لِّي مِن لَّدُنكَ سُلْطَانًا نَّصِيرًا
Rabbi adkhilni mudkhala sidqin wa akhrijni mukhraja sidqin waj'al li min ladunka sultanan nasiran
English Translation
My Lord, cause me to enter a sound entrance and to exit a sound exit and grant me from Yourself a supporting authority.
For Clear Direction
This dua asks Allah for guidance in entering and exiting situations with truth and righteousness. Perfect for when facing confusing circumstances or difficult decisions.
Hindi Translation
हे मेरे रब, मुझे सच्चाई के साथ दाखिल कर और सच्चाई के साथ निकाल, और अपनी तरफ से मुझे मददगार ताकत दे।
Urdu Translation
اے میرے رب، مجھے سچائی کے ساتھ داخل کر اور سچائی کے ساتھ نکال، اور اپنی طرف سے مجھے مددگار طاقت دے۔
For Protection from Harm
Quran 113:1-5
أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
A'udhu billahi minash-shaytanir-rajim. Qul a'udhu bi rabbil-falaq min sharri ma khalaq
English Translation
I seek refuge in Allah from Satan the accursed. Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak from the evil of what He created.
Complete Protection
Recite Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas for complete protection. The Prophet ﷺ said these surahs provide protection from all types of harm, seen and unseen.
Hindi Translation
मैं शैतान मरदूद से अल्लाह की पनाह मांगता हूं। कहो: मैं सुबह के रब की पनाह मांगता हूं उसकी बनाई हुई चीज़ों की बुराई से।
Urdu Translation
میں شیطان مردود سے اللہ کی پناہ مانگتا ہوں۔ کہو: میں صبح کے رب کی پناہ مانگتا ہوں اس کی بنائی ہوئی چیزوں کی برائی سے۔
For Strength & Perseverance
Quran 2:286
رَبَّنَا لَا تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهِ وَاعْفُ عَنَّا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحَمْنَا أَنتَ مَوْلَانَا فَانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ
Rabbana la tuhammilna ma la taqata lana bihi wa'fu 'anna waghfir lana warhamna anta mawlana fansurna 'alal-qawmil-kafirin
English Translation
Our Lord, do not impose upon us that which we have not the strength to bear. Pardon us, forgive us, and have mercy upon us. You are our protector, so give us victory over the disbelieving people.
Allah's Promise
Allah promises: "Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear." This dua acknowledges our limitations while seeking Allah's mercy and strength to overcome challenges.
Hindi Translation
हे हमारे रब, हम पर वह बोझ न डाल जिसकी हममें ताकत न हो। हमें माफ कर, हमारी मगफिरत कर, हम पर रहम कर। तू हमारा मालिक है, काफिरों के मुकाबले में हमारी मदद कर।
Urdu Translation
اے ہمارے رب، ہم پر وہ بوجھ نہ ڈال جس کی ہم میں طاقت نہ ہو۔ ہمیں معاف کر، ہماری بخشش کر، ہم پر رحم کر۔ تو ہمارا مالک ہے، کافروں کے مقابلے میں ہماری مدد کر۔
For Forgiveness & Mercy
Sahih Bukhari 6306
اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَيَّ وَأَبُوءُ بِذَنْبِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
Allahumma anta rabbi la ilaha illa anta khalaqtani wa ana 'abduka wa ana 'ala 'ahdika wa wa'dika mastata'tu a'udhu bika min sharri ma sana'tu abu'u laka bini'matika 'alayya wa abu'u bidhanbi faghfir li fa innahu la yaghfirudh-dhunuba illa ant
English Translation
O Allah, You are my Lord, there is no deity except You. You created me and I am Your servant, and I am faithful to my covenant and promise to You as much as I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge Your favor upon me and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for indeed none can forgive sins except You.
Sayyid al-Istighfar
This is called "Sayyid al-Istighfar" (Master of Seeking Forgiveness). The Prophet ﷺ said whoever recites this with conviction will be forgiven if they die that day.
Hindi Translation
हे अल्लाह, तू मेरा रब है, तेरे सिवा कोई पूज्य नहीं। तूने मुझे बनाया और मैं तेरा बंदा हूं। मैं अपनी सामर्थ्य के अनुसार तेरे वादे पर कायम हूं। मैं अपने बुरे कामों की बुराई से तेरी पनाह मांगता हूं। मैं तेरी नेमत को मानता हूं और अपने गुनाह को मानता हूं, मुझे माफ कर दे, क्योंकि तेरे सिवा कोई गुनाह माफ नहीं कर सकता।
Urdu Translation
اے اللہ، تو میرا رب ہے، تیرے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں۔ تو نے مجھے بنایا اور میں تیرا بندہ ہوں۔ میں اپنی استطاعت کے مطابق تیرے عہد پر قائم ہوں۔ میں اپنے برے کاموں کی برائی سے تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں۔ میں تیری نعمت کو مانتا ہوں اور اپنے گناہ کو مانتا ہوں، مجھے معاف کر دے، کیونکہ تیرے سوا کوئی گناہ معاف نہیں کر سکتا۔
For Trust & Good Outcome
Quran 65:3
وَمَن يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَالِغُ أَمْرِهِ قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدْرًا
Wa man yatawakkal 'alallahi fa huwa hasbuh, innallaha baligu amrih, qad ja'alallahu likulli shay'in qadran
English Translation
And whoever relies upon Allah - then He is sufficient for him. Indeed, Allah will accomplish His purpose. Allah has already set for everything a [decreed] extent.
Complete Trust
This verse teaches us that when we place our complete trust in Allah, He becomes sufficient for all our needs. Every difficulty has a predetermined end, and Allah's plan will unfold perfectly.
Hindi Translation
और जो अल्लाह पर भरोसा करता है, तो वह उसके लिए काफी है। निश्चय ही अल्लाह अपना काम पूरा करने वाला है। अल्लाह ने हर चीज़ के लिए एक मात्रा निर्धारित कर दी है।
Urdu Translation
اور جو اللہ پر بھروسہ کرتا ہے تو وہ اس کے لیے کافی ہے۔ بیشک اللہ اپنا کام پورا کرنے والا ہے۔ اللہ نے ہر چیز کے لیے ایک اندازہ مقرر کر دیا ہے۔
