For Entering Ihram
Sahih Bukhari 1549
لَبَّيْكَ اللَّهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ، لَبَّيْكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ لَبَّيْكَ، إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ وَالنِّعْمَةَ لَكَ وَالْمُلْكَ، لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ
Labbayka Allahumma labbayk, labbayka la sharika laka labbayk, innal-hamda wan-ni'mata laka wal-mulk, la sharika lak
English Translation
Here I am, O Allah, here I am. Here I am, You have no partner, here I am. Verily all praise, grace and sovereignty belong to You. You have no partner.
The Sacred Talbiyah
This is the Talbiyah, recited continuously during Hajj and Umrah from entering Ihram until beginning Tawaf. It's a declaration of complete submission and response to Allah's call for pilgrimage.
Hindi Translation
हाज़िर हूं हे अल्लाह, हाज़िर हूं। हाज़िर हूं, तेरा कोई साझीदार नहीं, हाज़िर हूं। बेशक तमाम तारीफ़, नेमत और बादशाहत तेरी है। तेरा कोई साझीदार नहीं।
Urdu Translation
حاضر ہوں اے اللہ، حاضر ہوں۔ حاضر ہوں، تیرا کوئی شریک نہیں، حاضر ہوں۔ بیشک تمام تعریف، نعمت اور بادشاہت تیری ہے۔ تیرا کوئی شریک نہیں۔
For Tawaf (Circling Ka'bah)
Sahih Muslim 1218
رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
Rabbana atina fi'd-dunya hasanatan wa fi'l-akhirati hasanatan wa qina 'adhab an-nar
English Translation
Our Lord, give us good in this world and good in the next world, and save us from the punishment of the Fire.
Most Comprehensive Dua
This is one of the most comprehensive duas, asking for goodness in both worlds. It's especially recommended during Tawaf between the Yemeni Corner and the Black Stone.
Hindi Translation
हे हमारे रब, हमें दुनिया में भलाई दे और आख़िरत में भी भलाई दे, और हमें आग के अज़ाब से बचा।
Urdu Translation
اے ہمارے رب، ہمیں دنیا میں بھلائی دے اور آخرت میں بھی بھلائی دے، اور ہمیں آگ کے عذاب سے بچا۔
For Sa'i (Safa & Marwah)
Quran 2:158
إِنَّ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةَ مِن شَعَائِرِ اللَّهِ فَمَنْ حَجَّ الْبَيْتَ أَوِ اعْتَمَرَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ أَن يَطَّوَّفَ بِهِمَا
Innas-Safa wal-Marwata min sha'a'irillahi faman hajjal-bayta awi'tamara fala junaha 'alayhi an yattawwafa bihima
English Translation
Indeed, Safa and Marwah are among the symbols of Allah. So whoever makes Hajj to the House or performs Umrah - there is no blame upon him for walking between them.
Following Hajar's Footsteps
Sa'i commemorates Hajar's search for water for her son Ismail. This verse is recited when beginning Sa'i, acknowledging these hills as sacred symbols of Allah's mercy and provision.
Hindi Translation
बेशक सफ़ा और मरवा अल्लाह की निशानियों में से हैं। जो व्यक्ति बैतुल्लाह का हज करे या उमरा करे, उस पर इन दोनों के बीच तवाफ़ करने में कोई गुनाह नहीं।
Urdu Translation
بیشک صفا اور مروہ اللہ کی نشانیوں میں سے ہیں۔ جو شخص بیت اللہ کا حج کرے یا عمرہ کرے، اس پر ان دونوں کے درمیان طواف کرنے میں کوئی گناہ نہیں۔
For Day of Arafah
Tirmidhi 3585
لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ، وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamd, wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadir
English Translation
There is no deity except Allah, alone, without partner. To Him belongs sovereignty and to Him belongs praise, and He is over all things competent.
Best Dua on Arafah
The Prophet ﷺ said: "The best dua is the dua on the day of Arafah, and the best of what I and the prophets before me have said is: La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lah..."
Hindi Translation
अल्लाह के सिवा कोई पूज्य नहीं, वह अकेला है, उसका कोई साझीदार नहीं। उसी की बादशाहत है और उसी की तारीफ़ है, और वह हर चीज़ पर क़ादिर है।
Urdu Translation
اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، وہ اکیلا ہے، اس کا کوئی شریک نہیں۔ اسی کی بادشاہت ہے اور اسی کی تعریف ہے، اور وہ ہر چیز پر قادر ہے۔
For Rami (Stoning Jamarat)
Sahih Bukhari 1748
اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْهُ حَجًّا مَبْرُورًا وَذَنْبًا مَغْفُورًا وَسَعْيًا مَشْكُورًا
Allahu Akbar, Allahumma aj'alhu hajjan mabruran wa dhanban maghfuran wa sa'yan mashkuran
English Translation
Allah is the Greatest. O Allah, make this an accepted Hajj, a forgiven sin, and an appreciated effort.
Rejecting Shaytan
The stoning ritual symbolizes Ibrahim's rejection of Shaytan's temptations. Each stone thrown represents our commitment to reject evil and follow Allah's commands with complete submission.
Hindi Translation
अल्लाह सबसे बड़ा है। हे अल्लाह, इसे क़बूल शुदा हज, माफ़ किया गया गुनाह, और शुक्रगुज़ार कोशिश बना दे।
Urdu Translation
اللہ سب سے بڑا ہے۔ اے اللہ، اسے قبول شدہ حج، معاف کیا گیا گناہ، اور شکرگزار کوشش بنا دے۔
For Entering Masjid al-Haram
Sahih Muslim 713
اللَّهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِي أَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ
Allahumma aftah li abwaba rahmatik
English Translation
O Allah, open for me the doors of Your mercy.
Entering the Sacred House
This dua is recited when entering any mosque, but holds special significance when entering Masjid al-Haram. We ask Allah to open His doors of mercy as we enter His sacred house.
Hindi Translation
हे अल्लाह, मेरे लिए अपनी रहमत के दरवाज़े खोल दे।
Urdu Translation
اے اللہ، میرے لیے اپنی رحمت کے دروازے کھول دے۔
For Completion & Acceptance
Quran 2:127
رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا إِنَّكَ أَنتَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
Rabbana taqabbal minna innaka antas-Sami'ul-'Alim
English Translation
Our Lord, accept [this] from us. Indeed You are the Hearing, the Knowing.
Ibrahim's Prayer
This is the dua of Ibrahim and Ismail when they built the Ka'bah. We recite it after completing our pilgrimage, asking Allah to accept our worship just as He accepted theirs.
Hindi Translation
हे हमारे रब, हमारी तरफ़ से क़बूल कर। बेशक तू सुनने वाला, जानने वाला है।
Urdu Translation
اے ہمارے رب، ہماری طرف سے قبول کر۔ بیشک تو سننے والا، جاننے والا ہے۔
