Quran 25:74
رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا
Rabbana hab lana min azwajina wa dhurriyyatina qurrata a'yunin waj'alna lil-muttaqina imama
English Translation
Our Lord, grant us from among our spouses and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us an example for the righteous.

For a Blessed Marriage
Sahih Bukhari 5155
بَارَكَ اللَّهُ لَكَ وَبَارَكَ عَلَيْكَ وَجَمَعَ بَيْنَكُمَا فِي خَيْرٍ
Baraka Allahu laka wa baraka 'alayka wa jama'a baynakuma fi khayr
English Translation
May Allah bless you and shower His blessings upon you, and bring you together in goodness.

For Righteous Children
Quran 3:38
رَبِّ هَبْ لِي مِن لَّدُنكَ ذُرِّيَّةً طَيِّبَةً إِنَّكَ سَمِيعُ الدُّعَاءِ
Rabbi hab li min ladunka dhurriyyatan tayyibatan innaka sami'u'd-du'a
English Translation
My Lord, grant me from Yourself a good offspring. Indeed, You are the Hearer of supplication.
Prophet Zakariya's Prayer
This is the dua of Prophet Zakariya (AS) asking Allah for righteous children. The word "tayyibah" means pure, good, and righteous, emphasizing the quality of character over quantity of children.

Quran 30:21
رَبَّنَا أَصْلِحْ بَيْنَنَا وَاجْعَلْ بَيْنَنَا مَوَدَّةً وَرَحْمَةً
Rabbana aslih baynana waj'al baynana mawaddatan wa rahma
English Translation
Our Lord, set things right between us and place between us love and mercy.

Quran 66:6
رَبَّنَا اهْدِ أَوْلَادَنَا وَأَصْلِحْهُمْ وَاجْعَلْهُمْ مِنَ الصَّالِحِينَ
Rabbana ahdi awladana wa aslihum waj'alhum minas-salihin
English Translation
Our Lord, guide our children, set them right, and make them among the righteous.
Raising Righteous Children

Sahih Bukhari 3371
أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
A'udhu bi-kalimatillahit-tammati min sharri ma khalaq
English Translation
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.

Quran 8:63
رَبَّنَا أَصْلِحْ ذَاتَ بَيْنِنَا وَاهْدِنَا سُبُلَ السَّلَامِ
Rabbana aslih dhata baynina wahdina subulas-salam
English Translation
Our Lord, set right the matters between us and guide us to the paths of peace.
