Sahih Muslim 2722
اللَّهُمَّ أَلْهِمْنِي رُشْدِي وَأَعِذْنِي مِنْ شَرِّ نَفْسِي
Allahumma alhimni rushdi wa a'idhni min sharri nafsi
English Translation
O Allah, inspire me with guidance and protect me from the evil of my soul.
For Strong Faith
This dua asks Allah to inspire us with right guidance and protect us from our own nafs (desires) that can lead us astray. A strong iman requires both divine guidance and protection from internal temptations.
Hindi Translation
हे अल्लाह, मुझे हिदायत की प्रेरणा दे और मेरे नफ्स की बुराई से मेरी हिफाज़त कर।
Urdu Translation
اے اللہ، مجھے ہدایت کی الہام دے اور میرے نفس کی برائی سے میری حفاظت کر۔
Protection from Doubt & Fitnah
Sahih Muslim 2867
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسِيحِ الدَّجَّالِ
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min fitnatil-mahya wal-mamat wa min fitnatil-masihid-dajjal
English Translation
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the trials of life and death, and from the trial of the false messiah (Dajjal).
Protection from Trials
This comprehensive dua seeks protection from all major trials that can shake our faith - both in this life and at the time of death, including the greatest trial of Dajjal.
Hindi Translation
हे अल्लाह, मैं जिंदगी और मौत के फितने से और मसीह दज्जाल के फितने से तेरी पनाह मांगता हूं।
Urdu Translation
اے اللہ، میں زندگی اور موت کے فتنے سے اور مسیح دجال کے فتنے سے تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں۔
For Steadfastness in Worship
Quran 3:8
رَبَّنَا لَا تُزِغْ قُلُوبَنَا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَيْتَنَا وَهَبْ لَنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحْمَةً إِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْوَهَّابُ
Rabbana la tuzigh qulubana ba'da idh hadaytana wa hab lana min ladunka rahmatan innaka antal-wahhab
English Translation
Our Lord, let not our hearts deviate after You have guided us and grant us from Yourself mercy. Indeed, You are the Bestower.
Consistent Faith
This dua from the Quran asks Allah to keep our hearts steadfast on the right path after He has guided us, and to grant us His mercy to remain consistent in worship and good deeds.

हे हमारे रब, हमारे दिलों को टेढ़ा न कर इसके बाद कि तूने हमें हिदायत दी है, और हमें अपनी तरफ से रहमत दे। बेशक तू ही देने वाला है।
Urdu Translation
اے ہمارے رب، ہمارے دلوں کو ٹیڑھا نہ کر اس کے بعد کہ تو نے ہمیں ہدایت دی ہے، اور ہمیں اپنی طرف سے رحمت دے۔ بیشک تو ہی دینے والا ہے۔
For Knowledge that Benefits Iman
Tirmidhi 3599
اللَّهُمَّ انْفَعْنِي بِمَا عَلَّمْتَنِي وَعَلِّمْنِي مَا يَنْفَعُنِي وَزِدْنِي عِلْمًا
Allahummanfa'ni bima 'allamtani wa 'allimni ma yanfa'uni wa zidni 'ilman
English Translation
O Allah, benefit me with what You have taught me, teach me what will benefit me, and increase me in knowledge.
Knowledge for Faith
True knowledge strengthens iman. This dua asks for beneficial knowledge that brings us closer to Allah, protects us from ignorance, and helps us understand our religion better.
Hindi Translation
हे अल्लाह, जो तूने मुझे सिखाया है उससे मुझे फायदा पहुंचा, मुझे वह सिखा जो मेरे काम आए, और मेरे ज्ञान में वृद्धि कर।
Urdu Translation
اے اللہ، جو تو نے مجھے سکھایا ہے اس سے مجھے فائدہ پہنچا، مجھے وہ سکھا جو میرے کام آئے، اور میرے علم میں اضافہ کر۔
Protection from Shaytan
Quran 23:97-98
رَبِّ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ هَمَزَاتِ الشَّيَاطِينِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ رَبِّ أَن يَحْضُرُونِ
Rabbi a'udhu bika min hamazatish-shayatin wa a'udhu bika rabbi an yahduruni
English Translation
My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the incitements of devils, and I seek refuge in You, my Lord, lest they be present with me.
From Evil Whispers
Shaytan constantly tries to weaken our iman through whispers, doubts, and temptations. This dua seeks Allah's protection from all forms of satanic influence and presence.
Hindi Translation
हे मेरे रब, मैं शैतानों के वसवसों से तेरी पनाह मांगता हूं, और हे मेरे रब, मैं इस बात से तेरी पनाह मांगता हूं कि वे मेरे पास आएं।
Urdu Translation
اے میرے رب، میں شیاطین کے وسوسوں سے تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں، اور اے میرے رب، میں اس بات سے تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں کہ وہ میرے پاس آئیں۔
For Family's Iman & Guidance
Quran 25:74
رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا
Rabbana hab lana min azwajina wa dhurriyyatina qurrata a'yunin waj'alna lil-muttaqina imaman
English Translation
Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us an example for the righteous.
Righteous Family
This beautiful dua asks Allah to bless our families with righteousness and make them a source of joy for us. It also asks to make us leaders in piety for others to follow.
Hindi Translation
हे हमारे रब, हमें हमारी बीवियों और संतानों से आंखों की ठंडक दे, और हमें परहेज़गारों का इमाम बना।
Urdu Translation
اے ہمارے رب، ہمیں ہماری بیویوں اور اولاد سے آنکھوں کی ٹھنڈک دے، اور ہمیں پرہیزگاروں کا امام بنا۔
For Staying on the Right Path
Quran 1:6-7
اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّالِّينَ
Ihdinassiratal-mustaqim siratal-ladhina an'amta 'alayhim ghayril-maghdubi 'alayhim wa lad-dallin
English Translation
Guide us to the straight path - the path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of those who are astray.
The Straight Path
This is the most recited dua in Islam, from Surah Al-Fatiha. We ask for guidance to the straight path multiple times daily, showing our constant need for Allah's guidance to protect our iman.
Hindi Translation
हमें सीधे रास्ते की हिदायत दे - उन लोगों के रास्ते की जिन पर तूने इनाम किया है, उनके रास्ते की नहीं जिन पर गुस्सा हुआ है और न ही भटके हुओं के रास्ते की।
Urdu Translation
ہمیں سیدھے راستے کی ہدایت دے - ان لوگوں کے راستے کی جن پر تو نے انعام کیا ہے، ان کے راستے کی نہیں جن پر غضب ہوا ہے اور نہ ہی بھٹکے ہوؤں کے راستے کی۔
