بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ، مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ يُؤْذِيكَ، مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ نَفْسٍ أَوْ عَيْنِ حَاسِدٍ اللَّهُ يَشْفِيكَ، بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ
Bismillahi arqika, min kulli shay'in yu'dhika, min sharri kulli nafsin aw 'aynin hasidin Allahu yashfika, bismillahi arqika
अल्लाह के नाम से मैं तुझ पर दम करता हूं, हर उस चीज़ से जो तुझे तकलीफ देती है, हर नफ्स या हसद करने वाली नज़र के शर से। अल्लाह तुझे शिफा दे, अल्लाह के नाम से मैं तुझ पर दम करता हूं।
In the name of Allah I perform ruqyah for you, from everything that is harming you, from the evil of every soul or envious eye may Allah heal you, in the name of Allah I perform ruqyah for you.
Prophetic Ruqyah

الْفَاتِحَة: بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ • الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ • الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ • مَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ • إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ • اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ • صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّالِّينَ
Al-Fatiha: Bismillahi'r-rahmani'r-rahim, alhamdu lillahi rabbi'l-'alamin, ar-rahmani'r-rahim, maliki yawmi'd-din, iyyaka na'budu wa iyyaka nasta'in, ihdina's-sirata'l-mustaqim, sirata'lladhina an'amta 'alayhim ghayri'l-maghdubi 'alayhim wa la'd-dallin
अल-फातिहा: अल्लाह के नाम से जो बड़ा मेहरबान निहायत रहम वाला है। तमाम तारीफें अल्लाह के लिए हैं जो तमाम जहानों का रब है। बड़ा मेहरबान निहायत रहम वाला। बदले के दिन का मालिक। हम तेरी ही इबादत करते हैं और तुझी से मदद मांगते हैं। हमें सीधा रास्ता दिखा। उन लोगों का रास्ता जिन पर तूने इनाम किया है, उनका नहीं जिन पर गज़ब हुआ है और न गुमराहों का।
Al-Fatiha: In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful. All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds - The Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful, Sovereign of the Day of Recompense. It is You we worship and You we ask for help. Guide us to the straight path - The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have evoked anger or of those who are astray.

آيَةُ الْكُرْسِيِّ: اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ ۚ لَا تَأْخُذُهُ سِنَةٌ وَلَا نَوْمٌ ۚ لَّهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۗ مَن ذَا الَّذِي يَشْفَعُ عِندَهُ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ ۚ يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ ۖ وَلَا يُحِيطُونَ بِشَيْءٍ مِّنْ عِلْمِهِ إِلَّا بِمَا شَاءَ ۚ وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ ۖ وَلَا يَئُودُهُ حِفْظُهُمَا ۚ وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيمُ
Ayat al-Kursi: Allahu la ilaha illa huwa al-hayyu al-qayyum, la ta'khudhuhu sinatun wa la nawm, lahu ma fi's-samawati wa ma fi'l-ard, man dha'lladhi yashfa'u 'indahu illa bi idhnih, ya'lamu ma bayna aydihim wa ma khalfahum, wa la yuhituna bi shay'in min 'ilmihi illa bima sha', wasi'a kursiyyuhu's-samawati wa'l-ard, wa la ya'uduhu hifzuhuma wa huwa'l-'aliyyu'l-'azim
आयतुल कुर्सी: अल्लाह के सिवा कोई माबूद नहीं, वह ज़िंदा है, क़ायम रहने वाला है। उसे न ऊंघ आती है न नींद। आसमानों और ज़मीन में जो कुछ है सब उसी का है। कौन है जो उसके पास उसकी इजाज़त के बिना सिफारिश कर सके? वह जानता है जो उनके सामने है और जो उनके पीछे है। और वे उसके इल्म में से किसी चीज़ का अहाता नहीं कर सकते मगर जितना वह चाहे। उसकी कुर्सी आसमानों और ज़मीन को घेरे हुए है। और उन दोनों की हिफाज़त उसे थकाती नहीं। और वह बुलंद और अज़ीम है।
Ayat al-Kursi: Allah - there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of existence. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is before them and what will be after them, and they encompass not a thing of His knowledge except for what He wills. His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation tires Him not. And He is the Most High, the Most Great.

قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ • اللَّهُ الصَّمَدُ • لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ • وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ
Qul huwa Allahu ahad, Allah as-samad, lam yalid wa lam yulad, wa lam yakun lahu kufuwan ahad
कह दो कि अल्लाह एक है। अल्लाह बेनियाज़ है। न उसकी कोई औलाद है और न वह किसी की औलाद है। और कोई उसके बराबर नहीं है।
Say: He is Allah, the One! Allah, the Eternal, Absolute. He begets not, nor is He begotten. And there is none like unto Him.

قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ • مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ • وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ • وَمِن شَرِّ النَّفَّاثَاتِ فِي الْعُقَدِ • وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ
Qul a'udhu bi rabbi'l-falaq, min sharri ma khalaq, wa min sharri ghasiqin idha waqab, wa min sharri'n-naffathati fi'l-'uqad, wa min sharri hasidin idha hasad
कह दो कि मैं सुबह के रब की पनाह मांगता हूं। हर उस चीज़ के शर से जो उसने बनाई है। और अंधेरी रात के शर से जब वह छा जाए। और गांठों में फूंकने वालियों के शर से। और हसद करने वाले के शर से जब वह हसद करे।
Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of the dawn, from the mischief of created things; from the mischief of darkness as it overspreads; from the mischief of those who practice secret arts; and from the mischief of the envious one as he practices envy.

6
قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ • مَلِكِ النَّاسِ • إِلَٰهِ النَّاسِ • مِن شَرِّ الْوَسْوَاسِ الْخَنَّاسِ • الَّذِي يُوَسْوِسُ فِي صُدُورِ النَّاسِ • مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَالنَّاسِ
Qul a'udhu bi rabbi'n-nas, maliki'n-nas, ilahi'n-nas, min sharri'l-waswasi'l-khannas, alladhi yuwaswisu fi suduri'n-nas, mina'l-jinnati wa'n-nas
कह दो कि मैं लोगों के रब की पनाह मांगता हूं। लोगों के बादशाह की। लोगों के माबूद की। उस वसवसा डालने वाले के शर से जो छुप जाता है। जो लोगों के दिलों में वसवसे डालता है। जिन्नों में से हो या इंसानों में से।
Say: I seek refuge with the Lord and Cherisher of mankind, the King of mankind, the God of mankind, from the mischief of the Whisperer who withdraws, who whispers into the hearts of mankind, among Jinns and among men.

7
أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
A'udhu bi kalimati'llahi't-tammati min sharri ma khalaq
मैं अल्लाह के कामिल कलिमात की पनाह मांगता हूं हर उस चीज़ के शर से जो उसने पैदा की है।
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.

8
اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، أَذْهِبِ الْبَاسَ، اشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي، لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ، شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا
Allahumma rabba'n-nas, adhhib al-ba's, ishfi anta'sh-shafi, la shifa'a illa shifa'uk, shifa'an la yughadiru saqaman
ऐ अल्लाह! लोगों के रब! तकलीफ को दूर कर दे, शिफा दे, तू ही शिफा देने वाला है। तेरी शिफा के सिवा कोई शिफा नहीं। ऐसी शिफा दे जो कोई बीमारी न छोड़े।
O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove the hardship and heal, You are the Healer. There is no healing except Your healing, a healing that leaves no illness.
Prophetic Healing Dua
9
وَنُنَزِّلُ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ مَا هُوَ شِفَاءٌ وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
Wa nunazzilu mina'l-qur'ani ma huwa shifa'un wa rahmatun li'l-mu'minin
और हम क़ुरआन में से वह चीज़ नाज़िल करते हैं जो मोमिनों के लिए शिफा और रहमत है।
And We send down of the Quran that which is healing and mercy for the believers.
Quran 17:82
10
وَإِذَا مَرِضْتُ فَهُوَ يَشْفِينِ
Wa idha maridtu fa huwa yashfin
और जब मैं बीमार होता हूं तो वही मुझे शिफा देता है।
And when I am ill, it is He who cures me.
Quran 26:80
11
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْبَرَصِ وَالْجُنُونِ وَالْجُذَامِ وَمِنْ سَيِّئِ الْأَسْقَامِ
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika mina'l-barasi wa'l-jununi wa'l-judhami wa min sayyi'i'l-asqam
ऐ अल्लाह! मैं तेरी पनाह मांगता हूं सफेद दाग, पागलपन, कोढ़ और बुरी बीमारियों से।
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from leprosy, madness, elephantiasis, and from the worst of diseases.
Protection from Illness
12
اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي بَدَنِي، اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي سَمْعِي، اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي بَصَرِي
Allahumma 'afini fi badani, Allahumma 'afini fi sam'i, Allahumma 'afini fi basari
ऐ अल्लाह! मेरे बदन में आफियत दे, ऐ अल्लाह! मेरी सुनने की शक्ति में आफियत दे, ऐ अल्लाह! मेरी देखने की शक्ति में आफियत दे।
O Allah, grant me health in my body. O Allah, grant me health in my hearing. O Allah, grant me health in my sight.
Health Protection Dua
13
حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ ۖ وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ
Hasbiya Allahu la ilaha illa huwa, 'alayhi tawakkaltu wa huwa rabbu'l-'arshi'l-'azim
अल्लाह मेरे लिए काफी है, उसके सिवा कोई माबूद नहीं। मैंने उसी पर भरोसा किया है और वह अर्श-ए-अज़ीम का रब है।
Sufficient for me is Allah; there is no deity except Him. On Him I have relied, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne.
Quran 9:129
14
لَا بَأْسَ طَهُورٌ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ
La ba'sa tahur in sha'Allah
कोई हर्ज नहीं, यह पाकी का ज़रिया है इंशाअल्लाह।
No harm, it is purification, if Allah wills.
Visiting the Sick
15
أَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ رَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ أَنْ يَشْفِيَكَ
As'alu Allaha'l-'azima rabba'l-'arshi'l-'azimi an yashfiyak
मैं अल्लाह अज़ीम से, जो अर्श-ए-अज़ीम का रब है, दुआ करता हूं कि वह तुझे शिफा दे।
I ask Allah the Mighty, Lord of the Mighty Throne, to heal you.
